Bearaby is $209 per night.
My mother travels a lot and like to be comfortable all of the time, so giving her the Bearaby Travel Napper for Mother’s Day was a no-brainer. The 10-pound blanket comes with a little customized duffel bag for her to carry on the aircraft, and she says it keeps her calm, snug, and makes her feel “at home” no matter how far away she is. It’s large enough for her to use as a blanket even when she’s not traveling! She was given Cloud White, but there are so many other lovely colors that are sure to please your mother.

At Therabody, the price is $299.
My mother is always on the lookout for new methods to alleviate her back discomfort. She’s tried supporting pillows, shiatsu massagers, and even a full-body massage chair lately. While it may not be as pleasant as a massage chair, I bought her the Theragun Prime so she could multitask and receive some comfort while watching late-night Japanese television on the sofa.

Uncommon Goods charges $60.
My mother loves heart themes, so for Mother’s Day a few years ago, I purchased her a heart-shaped vase from Uncommon Goods (this similar one is just as nice). It’s still the first one she pulls out whenever there are fresh flowers in the home. It’s a present that keeps on giving!

Aurate is $90.
I love gifting my mother extra-special jewelry for Mother’s Day, and last year I wanted to commemorate the fact that my mother had her ears pierced after 60 years. I got her these little silver heart huggie hoops from Aurate as her first pair of genuine earrings. The craftsmanship is incredible — especially for earrings under $100 — and she’s been able to sleep with them on without them pinching her in the back of her head, which is a necessity for her.

MZ Wallace charges $285.
This bag was given to me for my birthday a few years ago, and my mother liked it so much that I had to purchase her one as well! It’s really sturdy, which she appreciates since it gets a lot of usage. She’s owned it for a few years and it hasn’t torn or faded despite her carrying it around with her. It also has an infinite amount of storage capacity. This is your sign to buy your mom this bag for Mother’s Day if she’s always on the run like mine!

Etsy has items starting at $18.90.
After Michelle Obama wore a similar “VOTE” necklace the previous year, I ordered this personalized necklace for my mother in 2021. However, unlike the previous First Lady’s, mine was spelt out “MOM” and cost about $25 on Etsy. My mother adored it and still wears it!

Lululemon is $148.
Although these new Lululemon shoes were recently released, I previously gave one to my mother for Mother’s Day because 1. 2. I’m the greatest daughter in the world. I knew she’d fall in love with them once I tried on my own pair. I haven’t taken them off my feet since I received them, and I ordered a pair for my mother the same day I got mine. I chose bolder colors, but she loves the black pair—they’re so comfy, and she claims she’s been wearing them every day. While they’re advertised as running shoes, I’ve been using mine to do errands (along with my mother), so you don’t have to be a runner to enjoy them.

Pandora costs $90.
I appreciated that I could have personalized engraving in my own handwriting done on this sleek and simple bar bracelet, while Pandora’s charm bracelets have long made mums happy. For a personal touch, I had my mother’s name engraved on the front and a handwritten remark added to the interior.

Nordstrom has it for $125.
I just got these adorable black-and-white striped shoes from Dolce Vita and knew I had to purchase them for my mother for Mother’s Day this year. The 3.2-inch block heels make these quite simple to walk in, and the braided straps are snug but not too tight, leaving no mark. These are without a doubt THE ideal summer heels that can be worn up or down, and I’m sure she’ll be just as smitten as I am with them!

Etsy: $83 $66.40
What’s Mother’s Day without a tearjerker of a present? This present really made a difference. The recipe for my family’s oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, handed down from my mother’s grandmother, is legendary. And to commemorate the occasion, I gave her this plate, which is customized with the recipe written in my mother’s handwriting. She makes these cookies often, so having it on the stand that comes with it on her kitchen counter has been useful.

Sephora has it for $35.
My mother adores Dior’s lip cosmetics, and I’m always pleased to add to her collection. When applied with lipstick or gloss, the Dior Addict Lip Glow provides translucent color that appears like a tinted balm on its own or feels like a nourishing foundation. It comes in 12 different colors, so there’s something for every mom.

UnHide charges $95 for a one-time use.
Thank heavens having a large family since it means we can combine our resources to buy our mother a variety of presents for Mother’s Day this year! One of the items she’ll get is this very soft blanket robe from UnHide, since if you know my mom, you know she likes to be snug and warm, whether she’s on the move or cuddled up on the sofa. It also has pockets and a hood! This is something that every mother needs!

Amazon has it for $99
We thought they would be the ideal present for my mother-in-law, who is often looking for her keys, wallet, sunglasses, and other valuables. It took her many months to get them up and running, but once we did, they quickly became one of her favorite presents! I’d certainly suggest this as a present for the mom who seems to misplace everything—just make sure you set it up and explain her how to use it if she’s not tech-savvy.

Even a mom deserves a beautiful pair of shoes now and again. So when these rad Nike Blazer Mids with a snakeskin swoosh arrived, I was overjoyed, particularly because the last thing I wanted to do was put my heels back on. These shoes are easy to put on and take off because of their mid-height, and I can wear them with everything from sweatpants to jeans to dresses. Plus, my adolescent sons and daughters think I’m awesome. Isn’t that, at the end of the day, what it’s all about?

Etsy, $55.99
A basic “Mom” necklace might be a touch corny at times. So I purchased my mother this subtler twist on the classic “Mom” necklace a few years ago, with one that says “Mother” in Morse code. Plus, it came in a pair of two, so I chose the one that said “Daughter.” We’ve worn them together on a few occasions, and it’s just lovely.

Dyson’s price is $429.99.
My mother would never purchase herself anything so expensive, yet she blow-dries her hair every day. My sister and I went in on it with my father and bought her the nicest Mother’s Day present ever after years of trying to persuade her to purchase the Dyson Supersonic for herself. She tells me almost every day now that she has the Supersonic how much she enjoys it. This is a terrific alternative for the parent who would never spend on herself, as well as if you want to share a lavish present with a few siblings.

Anthropologie is $26.90.
My mother loves jam and honey of any type, so this package from Bonne Maman was an easy choice for Mother’s Day this year. She liked to put them on baguettes and toast. And yes, I was a bit early in getting it, but I was terrified it might sell out!
